Capivasertib, sold under the brand name Truqap, is an anti-cancer medication used for the treatment of breast cancer.

Capivasertib was approved for medical use in the United States in November 2023.

Capivasertib potently inhibits all isoforms of Akt(Akt1/Akt2/Akt3) with IC50 of 3 nM/8 nM/8 nM in cell-free assays, similar to P70S6K/PKA and lower activity towards ROCK1/2. Phase 2.
