Biological Activity：
Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell. The
ED50 for this effect is 0.2 - 0.8 ng/ml.
Endotoxin：Less than 1.0 EU/μg of Fibronectin as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline pH 7.4.
Reconstitution：We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening
to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile PBS buffer. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and store at ≤ -20℃. Future dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solution.

Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80℃ for lone term. After reconstitution, the
protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 month, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week. For long
term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please
prevent freeze-thaw cycles. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
