Native trypsin highly purified from bovine pancreas. A serine protease that specifically hydrolyzes peptide bonds at the C-terminus side of arginine and lysine residues. May be used for cell harvesting as well as tissue dissociation when combined with elastase and/or collagenase. Endotoxins were removed chromatographically.

For short-term use, store at 4oC. For long-term storage, store at -20oC.
