Biological Activity:Measure by its ability to support cell attachment and spreading
when used as a substratum for cell culture. In this application, the recommended
concentration for this effect is typically 1-5 μg/ cm2. Fibronectin can also be added to the media to support cell spreading at a concentration of 0.5-50μg/ mL.

Endotoxin:Less than 1.0 EU/μg of Fibronectin as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 250 mM NaCl, with sucrose

Reconstitution:
    We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the
contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 250 mM NaCl
buffer or PBS buffer to a concentration of 0.1-10 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be
apportioned into working aliquots and store at ≤ -20℃. Future dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solution.
Store the lyophilized protein at -20℃ to -80℃ for lone term. After reconstitution, the
protein solution is stable at -20℃ for 3 month, at 2-8℃ for up to 1 week. Avoid
repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
