ready-to-use PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) solution
One Gel, acrylamide solution is a novel, ready-to-use PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) solution. It’s very convenient , only required to add APS and TEMED. Besides, there is no need for stacking gel, so you can put the mixed solution into glass plates only in one step. In addition, One Gel, acrylamide solution is suitable for broad protein molecular range and with high resolution by experiments. It can save much of your time and improve your PAGE.
Feature:
• Easy to use, only one solution
• No need the stacking gel
• Quick polymerization (about 10min)
• Broad protein molecular weight range (10KDa~200KDa)
• High resolution
Usage:
※Procedure is the same with Lämmli gel, only no need the stacking gel.
1. Take suitable volume of One Gel, acrylamide solution, add 1/100 Ammonium persulfate (APS) and 5~10uL TEMED and gently mix.
2. Pour the mixed solution into the glass plates, and insert comb.
3. Waiting the gel polymerization, about 10~15 minutes.
Note: Be sure there is no leaking in you glass plates.
4. Use the same electrophoresis device, and the same running buffer.
5. Run the gel at 140-160 V (Suggest 150V) until the dye line near the way down the gel. (about 70 minutes at 150 V)
