Storage Buffer:

Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 1% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal, and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3.

Recommended working dilutions:

1:500-1:2500 for Immunohistochemistry

1:5000-1:25000 for ELISA and Western blotting

Working dilution for specific application should be determined by the investigator to obtain the best conditions.
