Lipofect for RNA
產品型號:LIPORNA 商品規格: |
|
for RNA transfection into in vitro cell cultures
Introduction:
Lipofect for RNA is used to increase the transfection efficiency of RNA into in vitro cell cultures by lipofection. LipofectTM for RNA contains lipid subunits that can form liposomes in an aqueous environment, which entrap the transfection payload, such as siRNA, mRNA, shRNA, miRNA Mimic & Inhibitors.
The product is an animal-origin free, high transfection efficiency and low toxicity formulation for the transfection of RNA into a wide range of or hard to transfect eukaryotic cells.
Important Guidelines:
Lipofect for RNA complexes must be made in serum-free medium such as Opti-MEM ® Reduced Serum Medium, DMEM, RMPI1640 and can be added directly to cells in culture medium, in the presence or absence of serum/antibiotic.
It is not necessary to remove complexes or change/add medium after transfection 6 hours, unless adverse condition such as cell toxicity occurred.
The amount of LipofectTM for RNA required for successful transfection varies depending on the cell type and passage number. Start any new transfection by testing the recommended four concentrations of LipofectTM for RNA to determine an optimum amount.
Note:
For 21 bp SiRNA, 1OD=3nmole=40ug
